Our mission is to create traditional Belgian style beers using the finest malts, hops, and the purest mountain water. We take pride in our "Small Town| Big Beer" reputation.
We create our award-winning Belgian style beers a 10bbl (310 gallon) steam-fired brewing system using traditional European brewing techniques, such as step-mashing.
We also use ingredients unique to Belgian brewing such as Belgian "candi" sugar. This is an unrefined sugar beet-derived sugar which has been subjected to Maillard reaction and caramelization. This contributes to the flavor, color, and overall complexity of the beer.Â
In addition to traditional techniques and ingredients, we also utilize modern innovations and technology to produce quality beer consistently.
WEST COAST PINEHOP IPA

Traditional American style West Coast IPA. It has the aroma of mango with notes of apricot and peach, and faint hind of blueberries.
BLONDE
